摘  要:目的 比较运动前和运动终止后仍有 ST段下移时 ,QTd和 QTcd的差值 ,以及 U波的发生率。方法 入选 76例运动中和运动终止后仍有 ST段下移的病例。结果  1ST段下移时的 QTd和QTcd显著大于运动前 (0 .0 5± 0 .0 2比 0 .0 4± 0 .0 1,P=0 .0 13;0 .0 6± 0 .0 3比 0 .0 4± 0 .0 2 ,P=0 .0 0 0 ) ;除 V1 导联外 ,运动后余导联 QTc均显著大于运动前 (P=0 .0 0 0 )。2 ST段下移时 ,U波倒置发生率显著高于运动前 (P=0 .0 0 0 )。结论 提示心肌缺血可以增加心肌复极的不同步性 ,QTd和 QTcd增加 ;U波倒置可以有助冠心病的诊断。The aim of this study was to comparing QTd and QTcd,and incidence of downward U wave before exercise and during ST segment depression after exercise.76 cases with ST segment depressior during exercise and after exercise were selected.The result was:1.The QTd and QTcd during ST segment depression was significant longer than that before exercise (0 05±0 02 vs 0 04±0 01, P =0 013;0 06±0 03 vs 0 04±0 02, P =0 000);All leads,besides lead V 1,QTc during ST segment depression was significant longer than that before exercise ( P =0 000) 2 The incidence of downward U wave during ST segment depression was significant higher than that before exercise ( P =0 000) The result suggests that ischemia can increase asynchronous of myocardial repolarization,then increase QTd and QTcd;the downward U wave was helpful for diagnosis coronary artery disease.
