成都市性罪错人员性病求医行为的研究

摘　　要：目的 :了解和掌握性病求医行为及其影响因素 ,针对性地改善医疗服务 ,为正确求医行为的发生提供依据。方法 :用整群抽样方法从成都市收审所 1996年 1月至 1998年 12月新入所的性罪错人员中抽取有过性病求医经历者共 5 0 0例 ,通过由调查对象填写问卷 ,用逐步判别分析方法对求医行为及其影响因素进行研究。结果 :统计学分析显示 :影响首次求医行为选择的因素依次是求医知识、广告传媒的影响、医疗机构布局影响、医疗服务质量和医疗环境影响、医疗情感体验 (P值均小于 0 .0 5 ) ;影响求医行为改变的主要因素是治疗效果的好坏、求医知识的多少。结论 :掌握性病病人求医行为及其影响因素 ,有助于改善医疗服务 ,促进该类病人的正确求医行为。Objective:TO understand and grasp the STD patients seeking medical service behaviors,improve the medical services and provide the correct seeking medical guides.Methods:500 prostitutes and clients,from the Chengdu woman education center between january 1996 and november 1998,having experienced medical treatments,were clusteringly sampled,interviewed and investigated by using special questionaire.Their behaviors and determinants were studied using stepwise differentiation analysis method.Results:Major factors of the first choice of patients seeking STD medical service were medical knowledge,advertisements,the positions of medical units,quality and environment of medical service,and the patients emotional experiences in the hospitals.The most important factors of changing the behaviors were therapeutic effects and STD patients medical knowledge.Conclusion:Understanding STD patients seeking medical service behaviors and its influential factors can be conducive to improve medcare service and promate these patients correet behaviors of seeking medical service.
