成都市妇教所性病艾滋病干预效果评价

摘　　要：目的 :提高妇教所学员性病艾滋病知识知晓率和增加对避孕套防病功能的了解。方法 :对市妇教所卖淫妇女15 6人开展闭路电视讲座、专题讨论、播放录像带、 VCD、发放宣传品等多种形式的干预活动。结果 :学员对艾滋病知识知晓率得到普遍提高 ,除个别问题外 ,正确率达 70～ 90 %以上 ,尤其共用注射器、血液及血制品可引起传播的知晓率、与病人共餐不引起艾滋病传播的知晓率与避孕套知识知晓率 ,干预前后有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。但是 HIV感染者怀孕、生育可引起传播的知晓率干预前后均较低 ,干预后正确率仅 5 0 .6 0 %。结论 :对市妇教所的干预收到明显效果 ,但学员 HIV传播途径知识仍不全面 ,揭示应进一步提高干预措施的针对性和实用性。Objective:To raise awareness rate of the knowledge on STD/AIDS and improve the skills of using condom.Methods:The sex workers were organized to attend the lectures,seminar,to watch the video,VCD and cable TV and to be given publicizing materials on the prevention and treatment of STD and AIDS.Results:The awareness rate on the STD and HIV transmission routes has been improved up to 70~90%.There was a statistical significance( P <0 05) between preintervention and post intervention especially on the knowledge that the sharing needles,blood and blood products may transmit HIV and eating together will not transmit HIV.However,no statistical significance revealed between the pre post intervention on the transmission route of pregnancy and reproduction of HIV infectors,the awareness rate was only 50 60%.Conclusion:The intervention on STD/HIV was very effective,but the trained sex workers has not mastered the overall knowledge of HIV transmission routes,therefore,the practicability and pertinence of the intervention for the prostitutes were to be researched,developed and improved.
