四川省疾病监测点1988～1997年心脏病死亡监测分析

摘　　要：目的 :为探索我省心脏病死亡分布特点和防治策略。方法 :分年龄、性别、城乡、病种进行统计 ,用 EXCEL软件作统计处理 ,以 U检验进行比较。结果 :10年间心脏病死亡率波动在 40 .79/ 10万～ 5 1.88/ 10万之间 ,年平均死亡率为43.46 / 10万 ,标化死亡率为 33.81/ 10万 ,占全部死亡人数 6 .97%。心脏病死亡率随年龄增高而显著增高 ,男性死亡以冠心病为高 ,女性以慢性风心病为高 ,城市以冠心病为主 ,农村以慢性风心病为主。结论 :根据四川省心脏病死亡分布特点 ,心脏病防治要以 35岁以上人群为重点 ,采取以社区为基础 ,健康教育为主要手段的综合性防治措施。Objective:In order to explore the death distribution characteristics of heart diseases and the strategies for the prevention and control,data on the death rates of different heart diseases among the residents of Sichuan provincial disease surveillance sites from 1988 to 1997 was analyzed.Method:The mortality rates of heart diseases during 10 years were analyzed by age,sex,live places(urban v.s.rural),and by patterns of diseases as well.The statistical package used was EXCEL and U test was used.Results:In these 10 years,the mortality rates of heart diseases ranged from 40 79 to 51 88 per 100000.The annual mortality rate averaged 43 46 per 100000,and the standardized mortality rate was 33 81 per 100000,which equals to 6 97% of the total death number.The death rates of heart diseases had increased significantly with the age.Among the male,the death was mainly due to coronary heart diseases.As for the female,the major cause was chronic rheumatic heart disease.In cities,coronary heart disease was the most common pattern,while in the rural areas,the chronic rheumatic heart disease was the major cause.Conclusion:According to the death distribution characteristics of heart diseases in Sichuan Province,the prevention and control efforts must focus on the population over 35 years of age,and community based comprehensive measures which regard health education as a key part should be adopted.
