益肾降浊汤对大鼠脑缺血再灌注SOD活性和MDA含量的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察益肾降浊汤对大鼠脑缺血再灌注致脑损伤模型中脑组织内 SOD活性和 MDA含量的影响。方法 :在药物致大鼠低血压的基础上建立缺血再灌注致脑损伤模型 ,用益肾降浊汤灌胃 ,连续七天 ,每天一次 ,末次灌胃后 60 min大鼠断头取脑。用羟胺法测 SOD活性 ,TBA法测 MDA含量。结果 :与模型组比较 ,益肾降浊汤能明显提高脑组织内 SOD活性和 MDA含量 ( P<0 .0 5)。结论Objective:To investigate the effect of Yishen Jiangzhuo decoction on superoxide dismutase(SOD) activities and malondialdehyde(MDA) contents in rats with injury of cerebral ischemiareperfusion.Methods:After the model of ischemia reperfusion injury was performed based on hypotension,the rats were administed ig with Yishen Jiangzhuo decoction once a day for seven days.After the last ig 60 minusts,the rats were all decapitated and extract the brain to assay SOD activities and MDA contents.Results:Yishen Jiangzhuo decoction can significantly increase SOD activities and decrease MDA contents compared with model group.Conclusion:Yishen Jiangzhuo decoction in a degree have the effect of antagonized the cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury.
