兴城综合疗养因子对飞行人员自主神经平衡状态的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察兴城综合疗养因子对飞行人员自主神经平衡状态的影响。方法　健康飞行人员 74例 ,利用梁月华制定的综合指标测定评定其自主神经平衡状态 ,然后观察疗养前后自主神经平衡指数的改变。结果　飞行人员疗养 4周后 ,自主神经平衡指数由 0 2 1 7变为 -0 543,同时唾液量增加 ,脉搏间隔时间显著延长 ,收缩压和舒张压显着下降 (P <0 0 5)。结论　兴城综合疗养因子有调整飞行人员自主神经使其由不平衡状态转为平衡状态的作用。To study the effect of convalescent factors on state of balance of autonomic merve in pilots. Methods 78 pilots were involved and managed with convalescent factors.Before and after treatment,to assess the index of balance of autonomic merve. Results After treatment by combined convalescent factors the index of balance of autonomic merve was corrected from 0.217-0.543(P<0.01). Conclusion The combined convalescent factors has an evcellent effect on state of balance of autonomic merve.
