超声波音频电治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　比较超声波、音频电治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效 ,为临床选用提供依据。方法　观察超声波 +药物组治疗 85例 ,音频电 +药物组治疗 65例 ,进行病例对照研究。结果　超声波 +药物组治愈显效率 71 .8% ,音频电 +药物组治愈显效率 4 9.2 % ( χ2 =7.36,P <0 .0 1 )结论　应用超声波、音频电治疗慢性盆腔炎可以提高疗效 ,超声波 +药物组的疗效显著优于音频电To compare the curative effects of treating chromic pelvic infection with ultrasonic wave on sound frequency electricity and to provide basis for the choice of clinical applications Method Contrastive researthes have keen made by observing 85 cases treated with ultrasonic wave and medicines and 65 cases treated with frequensy electricity and medicines Result The masked effective sate of the group treated with ultrasonic wave and medicines is 71.8% and the masked effctive sate of the group the rate with sound the frequency electricity is 49.2%(χ 2 =7.36,P<0.01)Conclusion The Curtive effects can be improved by treating chromic pelvic infection with ultrasonic wave as sound frequency electricity.The Curative effects of the group treated with ultrasonic wave and medicines are markedly superior to these of the group treated with Sound frequency electricity and medicines.
