摘　　要：在工业生产过程中,传统的补焊铸铁类机件应用的是焊条电弧焊。但是,这种方法的成本较高,且生产效率较低,无法实现对产品质量的准确控制,已经不能满足新时期工业生产的要求。CO2气体保护焊的出现,解决了这一难题,为工业生产的发展提供了有效的保障。In industrial processes, the traditional cast iron parts welding applications is SMAW. However, the high cost of this approach, and low productivity, can not achieve accurate control of product quality, has been unable to meet the requirements of the new era of industrial production. CO2 gas shielded arc welding appear to solve this problem for the development of industrial production provides effective protection.
