摘　　要：深层探讨乒乓球初学者正手攻球的方法,就是要根据训练目的,按照技术规范化的要求,有计划、有针对性地组织教学训练,使初学者对正手攻球的训练方法沿着一条科学、系统、正规的训练途径发展。本文运用了文献资料法、访谈法、观察法、分析法对不同年龄段初学者的乒乓球正手攻球训练方法进行分析与研究。通过对不同年龄段的初学者正手攻球的训练进行观察,从基本功训练、技术训练开始,就要进行全面、系统、规范的训练,以保证初学者掌握的技术动作符合深化训练的要求。Goal In-depth discussion ping pong beginner forehand attacks the ball the method is needs to act ac-cording to the training goal,according to the technical standardization request,has the plan to have pointed organizes the teaching training,causes the beginner to attack the ball to the forehand the training method,along a scientific system regular training way development. Method This article utilized the literature material law,the interview law, the method of inspection,the analytic method has attacked the ball training method to the disparity in age section beginner to the ping pong forehand to carry on the analysis and the research. Finally The training attacks which to the disparity in age section beginner forehand carries on the observation,from basic skills training,when technical training must carry on the comprehensive system specification training,guaranteed the beginner grasps the technical movement conforms to the deepened training requirement.
