商环包皮环切术联合三血止痛擦剂疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价商环包皮环切术联合三血止痛擦剂的治疗效果。方法:将80例行商环包皮环切术的患者随机分为两组,其中用药组联合三血止痛擦剂外用给药,直至包皮脱落对照组未联合任何用药。结果:用药组与对照组并发症发生数分别为3例、15例,并发症发生率分别为7.5%、37.5%,平均伤口愈合时间分别为26.7d、34.9d,患者满意度分别为98.5%、80%。同时血液流变学结果显示用药组的血液粘稠度指标有一定优化。结论:商环包皮环切术联合三血止痛擦剂可以显著减低术后并发症的发生几率,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of circumcision with Chinese ShangRing combined with SanXue liniment.Methods:80patients treated with ShangRing circumcision were divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with SanXue liniment both during and after circumcision operation.The control group was only treated with necessary antibiotics and anesthetics.Results:The curative effect was better with SanXue liniment.The cases of complication were 3in the treatment group and 15in the control group with rates being 7.5%and37.5%,and the average healing time in the treatment group was 26.7days and 34.9days in the control group.Satisfaction rates were 98.5% and 80.0%.Hemorheological indexes showed positive results in the treatment group.Conclusion:There is a significant curative effect of circumcision with Chinese ShangRing combined with SanXue liniment,which deserves promotion of the clinical application.
