摘  要:采用真空浸渍处理工艺,向熔融石英水口试样孔隙内浸入水玻璃溶液,并经过脱钠处理,其材料增密效果十分显著。试验结果表明:浸后试样其体积密度均有不同程度的提高,气孔率下降,其中最为显著者,气孔率下降了4.02%,体积密度达到2.0以上,体积密度的均方差从0.0317减小到0.0074。同时,常温抗压强度亦有所提高。The samples used in this test was made from fused silica nozzle.By filling the solution of sodium silicate into the interstices in the samples with vacuum impregnating technology and by getting rid of the solium, the increased density efficiency of material is apparent. The experimental results indicate that the density of the samplies has increased prominently and the porosity has decreased. Some of them have a apparent porosity decreasing of about 4.02%.Meanwhile, their bluk density is up to 2. 0g/cm3. The even difference of bulk density decreases to 0. 0074 from 0. 0317. At the same time their compressive strength (cold strength) has obtained improvement in different degree.
