摘　　要：目的：探讨锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折的疗效。方法：对我院2011年8月∽2013年4月收治的四肢骨折的患者共61例，采用锁定加压钢板内固定治疗，观察患者骨折愈合情况。结果：61例患者均经过良好的治疗并得到有效随访。经过X线检查，患者骨折均I期愈合，愈合时间平均为（18．21±2．06）周。所有患者均未发生感染等并发症。其中，有45例患者愈合情况优秀，11例患者愈合情况良好，优良率为91．80％。结论：采用锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折可取得较好的疗效，患者固定牢固，组织愈合快，值得在临床推广使用。Objective：To discuss on locking compression plate fixation of limb fractures .Methods：61 cases of limb fractures in patients admitted to August 2009 ∽April 2010 in our hospital, the use of locking compression plate fixation observed in patients with fracture healing.Results：61 patients had to undergo a good treatment and effective follow-up.After X-ray examination, pa-tients were stage I fracture healing, healing time average （18.21 ±2.06） weeks.All patients were infection and other complica-tions.Of these, 45 patients were healing fine, 11 patients healed in good condition, good rate of 91.80%.Conclusion：The use of locking compression plate fixation of fractures of the limbs could achieve better efficacy, patient fixation, tissue healing, it should be in clinical use.
