摘　　要：目的:将PDCA循环管理方法运用于抗菌药物临床应用管理中,规范抗菌药物管理。方法:以PDCA循环为基本理论指导抗菌药物管理,通过该理论保障抗菌药物管理的持续改进。结果:抗菌药物管理得到规范,各项专控指标达标。结论:利用PDCA循环能有效促进抗菌药物临床应用管理。Objective： The plan - do - check - action cycle methods apply to clinical application of antimicrobial drugs management. Methods： With plan - do - check - action cycle as the basic theory guide the management of antimierobial drugs, through the theory of an- tibaeterial drugs management ensure continuous improvement. Results：The antimicrobial drugs management was normalizition, each index reach the standard. Conclusion： Using the plan - do - check - action cycle could effectively promote the clinical application of antimicro- bial drugs management.
