摘　　要：目的::观察高压氧治疗脊髓损伤的疗效。方法:将34例脊髓损伤患者随机分为实验组16例和对照组18例。对照组采用常规治疗,实验组在常规治疗的基础上加用高压氧治疗,并对2组的治疗效果进行对比。结果:实验组总有效率高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论:高压氧治疗对脊髓损伤患者疗效明显。可降低致残率,减少并发症发生。Objective：To investigate the efficacy of the treatment of spinal cord injury with hyperbaric oxygen .Methods：34 cases of spinal cord injury patients were randomly divided into experimental group of 16 patients and a control group of 18 cases.Control group with conventional therapy , the experimental group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the basis of conventional therapy , and treat-ment of the two groups were compared .Results：The total effective rate of the control group （p 〈0.05）.Conclusion：Think of hyperbaric oxygen therapy for spinal cord injury patients with significant efficacy .Can reduce morbidity and reduce complications .
