综合护理干预在老年肠息肉摘除术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预在老年人肠息肉摘除术中的应用效果。方法将78例行肠息肉摘除术的老年患者随机分为对照组和观察组各39例,两组均给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予综合护理干预。结果观察组干预后的SAS和SDS评分为(37.43±5.63)分和(48.82±7.46)分,低于对照组的(52.16±8.37)分和(61.28±8.31)(P<0.05)。观察组肠息肉知识知晓率和护理满意度达94.87%和97.44%,高于对照组的79.49%和82.05%(P<0.05)。结论在老年肠息肉摘除术患者围手术期中实施综合护理干预,可缓解患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高对肠息肉的认知度和护理质量。Objective To study the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly intestinal polyps enucleation. Methods A total of 78 elderly patients with intestinal polyps enucleation were randomly divided into con-trol group（n=39） and observation group （n=39）, two groups were given routine nursing,observation group was given com-prehensive nursing intervention based on routine nursing. Results SAS and SDS scores of the observation group after nursing intervention were （37.43±5.63）scores and （48.82±7.46）scores, those were lower than （52.16±8.37）scores and （52.16±8.31）scores of the control group （P〈0.05）. Intestinal polyps knowledge awareness and nursing satisfaction of ob-servation group were 94.87%and 97.44%, higher than 79.49% and 82.05% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly patients with intestinal polyps enucleation during perioperative can effec-tively relieve patients＆#39; anxiety and depression, and improve the recognition of intestinal polyps and nursing quality.
