中西医结合辅助用药治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折术后疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合辅助用药治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折术后的疗效。方法 60例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。两组均行手术治疗及西医对症治疗,治疗组同时联合中药进行治疗,比较两组术后的疗效及术后引流量、骨折愈合时间、Parker活动评分、并发症情况。结果术后6个月,治疗组的总有效率达76.7%,高于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05);术后12个月,治疗组的总有效率达93.3%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者住院期间术后引流量明显少于对照组,骨折愈合时间明显快于对照组,术后髋功能Parker活动评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合辅助用药治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折术后疗效确切,并发症少,骨折愈合快,髋关节功能恢复好,值得推广和应用。Objective To investigate the postoperative efficacy of integrative adjuvant in treatment of senile in- tertrochanterie fracture. Methods Sixty cases were randomly divided into observation group and the control group, 30 cases in each group.Both groups were taken surgery and western medicine, the observation group combined with tradi- tional Chinese medicine ,the effect and postoperative drainage, healing time, parker activity score ,complications were compared. Results After 6 months,the total effective rate of the observation group was 76.7% was higher than control group（P〈0.05）, after 12 months,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3% ,was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05 ）. The patients during hospitalization postoperative drainage was significantly less than the control group, fracture healing time was signifiant faster than the control group, the observation group functions parker postoperative hip score was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrative adjuvant treatment of senile intertrochanteric fracture has good efficacy, and fewer complications, and hip functional recovery good.
