经“T”型管瘘道网篮取胆道残留结石的经验

摘　　要：目的　总结经“T”型管瘘道网篮导管清除胆道残留结石的经验。方法　 8例患者先行“T”型管造影 ,拔除“T”型管 ,沿导丝引入网篮导管 ,套住结石一并取出 ,再行“T”型管再置术。结果　 8例中7例成功取出残留结石 ,1例失败。结论　经“T”型管瘘道网篮导管清除残留结石是一可行的治疗方法。Objective To study the techniqiue of cleaning residual biliary tract stones with the net basket catheter by “T” type duct and it's effect. Methods In 8 cases, “T” type duct was withdrawn after biliary graphy, net basket catheter was introduced along though the guide wire. After stones were traced together with the catheter withdrawn and finally with replacing of the “T” type duct. Results Residual stones were extracted successfully in eight cases but one. Conclusion The technique is a safe, effective and less painful therapy.
