郑伟达教授运用小柴胡汤经验探析

摘　　要：郑伟达教授认为研究仲景《伤寒杂病论》,应与《神农本草经》《黄帝内经》紧密结合。小柴胡汤功在治疗少阳相火逆冲所致诸症,少阳病提纲证"口苦,咽干,目眩",胸胁硬满痛,往来寒热,休作有时,嘿嘿不欲饮食,喜呕等为其主症。手、足少阳经脉循行部位之疾病表现时,亦当以小柴胡汤为主进行治疗。此外,随其或然证的出现,观其病机而随证加减。本方以和解少阳之邪为主,又旁治脾胃,和中扶正,既清解邪热、调和表里,又培护正气,通过和解而达到"一气周流,土枢四象"的目的。Prof. Zheng Weida thought that the study on Shanghan Zabing Lun（ 《伤寒杂病论》） written by Zhang Zhongjing should be closely connected with Shennong Bensao Jing（ 《神农本草经 》） and Huangdi Neijing（ 《黄帝内经》）. Xiaochaihu Decoction acts on treating all the symptoms caused by reversed monarch fire of Shaoyang. Shaoyang disease is chiefly manifested as bitter taste in the mouth,dry throat and blurred vision. The main symptoms are fullness in the chest and hypochondriac region,alternative chills and fever,intermittent attacks,poor appetite,vomiting,etc. The disorders on the running courses of hand and foot Shaoyang meridians should be treated with Xiaochaihu Decoction. Additionally,the formula should be modified with the concrete symptoms and pathogenesis. The formula works on eliminating the pathogens from Shaoyang and assists on the treatment of spleen and stomach disorders,harmonizing the middle Energizer and strengthening the anti- pathogenic qi. It clears away heat,regulates the exterior and interior and cultivates the antipathogenic qi. Based on the concept of the entity of the heaven and human,the dysfunctions of other organs are regulated by harmonizing the spleen and stomach.
