电针配合α硫辛酸治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察电针联合硫辛酸治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效,并探讨其治疗机制。方法将符合病例纳入标准的120例患者随机分为电针组、药物组和联合组,各40例。电针组采用电针治疗,药物组仅采用硫辛酸注射治疗,联合组采用电针联合硫辛酸治疗。三组患者在治疗2个疗程后分别进行NCV速度测定、MNSI评分及疗效评定,比较三组临床疗效。结果三组病例经相应方法治疗2个疗程后,NCV传导速度均增快,其中联合组神经传导速度增快最明显;联合组的MNSI评分降幅高于药物组和电针组;电针组痊愈率为27.5%,总有效率为72.5%;药物组痊愈率为37.5%,总有效率为77.5%;联合组痊愈率为72.5%,总有效率为95.0%;联合组痊愈率及总有效率均明显优于电针组和药物组,三组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针配合硫辛酸治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy（ type 2 DPN） treated with electroacupuncture（ EA） and lipoic acid so as to explore the mechanism on treatment. Methods One hundred and twenty cases that met the inclusive standards were randomized into EA group,medicine group and the joint- therapy group,40 cases in each one. In EA,EA therapy was used. In the medicine group,lipoic acid injection was used. In the joint- therapy group,EA and lipoic acid were applied in combination. After 2 sessions of treatment,NCV detection,MNSI scoring and efficacy evaluation were performed in the three groups. The clinical efficacy was compared among the three groups. Results After treatment for 2 sessions,NCV was increased,in which the increase in the joint- therapy group was the most obvious. The decrease amplitude of MNSI score in the joint- therapy group was higher than that in the medicine group and EA group. In EA group,the curative rate was 27. 5% and the total effective rate was 72. 5%. In the medicine group,the curative rate was 37. 5% and the total effective rate was 77. 5%. In the joint-therapy group,the curative rate was 72. 5% and the total effective rate was 95. 0%. The curative rate and total effective rate in the joint- therapy group were superior apparently to EA group and the medicine group,indicating the significant difference（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion EA combined with lipoic acid achieves the significant efficacy on type 2 DPN.
