针灸推拿加中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察中药熏蒸配合针灸推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选取腰椎间盘突出症患者120例,随机分成对照1组、对照2组与治疗组,每组40例。对照1组采用中药熏蒸治疗,对照2组采用针灸推拿治疗,治疗组采用中药熏蒸配合针灸推拿治疗。结果三组患者治疗后对照1组总有效率为53.86%,对照2组为77.50%,治疗组为90.0%。三组疗效比较,治疗组优于对照1组与对照2组(P<0.05),而对照2组又优于对照1组(P<0.05)。说明针灸推拿疗效优于中药熏蒸,而中药熏蒸配合针灸推拿疗效率更优于针灸推拿。结论中药熏蒸配合针灸推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效更好,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on lumbar disc protrusion（ LDP） treated with Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupuncture,moxibustion and Tuina. Methods One hundred and twenty patients of LDP were collected and randomized into No. 1 control group,No. 2 control group and a treatment group,40 cases in each one. In No. 1 control group,Chinese medicine fumigation was used. In No. 2 control group,acupuncture,moxibustion and Tuina were used. In the treatment group,Chinese medicine fumigation was used in combination with acupuncture,moxibustion and Tuina. Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 53. 86% in No. 1 control group,was 77. 50% in No. 2 control group and was 90. 0% in the treatment group. In comparison,the efficacy in the treatment group was better than that in No. 1 control group and No. 2 control group（ P 0. 05）; and the efficacy in No. 2 control group was higher than that in No. 1 control group（ P 0. 05）,indicating that acupuncture,moxibustion and Chinese medicine fumigation were more effective than that of Chinese medicine fumigation,and the combined therapy was much more effective than that of acupuncture,moxibustion and Tuina. Conclusion Chinese medicine fumigation achieves the much better efficacy on LDP combined with acupuncture,moxibustion and Tuina. This combined therapy deserves to be promoted in application.
