经内镜高频电分块切除法治疗大肠巨大带蒂息肉的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨经内镜高频电分块切除法治疗大肠巨大带蒂息肉的临床效果。方法选择2012年1月~2013年10月本院收治的80例大肠巨大带蒂息肉患者。随机分为两组，每组40例。对照组采用尼龙圈套扎电切术治疗，治疗组采用经内镜高频电分块切除法治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为95.0%显著高于对照组的70.0%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；治疗组并发症发生率为7.5%显著低于对照组的27.5%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论经内镜高频分块电切除法治疗大肠巨大带蒂息肉临床疗效确切，并发症少，经济安全，患者痛苦少，值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of endoscopic high-frequency sub block excision in the treatment of giant colorectal pedicled polyp. Methods There were 80 cases of colorectal polyps in patients with huge coin method who were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases of each group. The control group of with endoscopic nylon endoloop electric resection, the treatment group were treated by endoscopic high-frequency electric resection therapy, the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of treatment group（95%） was significantly higher than control group（70%）, there were significant differences between the two patients （P〈0.05）. Patients in the treatment group the overall complication rate was 7.5%, the control group patients overall complication rate was 27.5%, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups of patients （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Endoscopic high-frequency block electro resection treatment of colorectal huge pedunculated polyp has good clinical efficacy, postoperative bleeding, perforation and other complications low, economic security and less painful, it is worthy of further clinical application.
