中西医结合治疗老年胆囊炎胆石症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合疗法在老年胆囊炎胆石症治疗中的应用疗效。方法:将148例老年胆囊炎胆石症患者随机分为对照组和观察组各74例,对照组给予西药治疗,观察组给予中西医结合治疗,2个疗程后对比两组疗效。结果:观察组治愈率16.22%明显高于对照组的4.05%,总有效率94.59%明显高于对照组的74.32%,差异均有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗老年胆囊炎胆石症,可迅速缓解临床症状,促进胆石消融,值得临床进一步研究推广。Objective：To observe clinical effects of integrative medicine on treating cholecystitis and cholelithiasis. Methods：148 patients were divided into two groups, the control group was given western medicine, another was given the integrative medicine. Results：The cured rate in the observation was 16.22%, the total efficacy was 94.59%;the cured rate in the control was 4.05%, the total efficacy was 74.32%, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The integrative medicine can quickly relieve symptoms, promote gallstone ablation, and it is worthy of clinical application.
