摘　　要：中医学早就认识到人体内部生理、病理的规律性变化与自然界的阴阳变化规律紧密相连,提出"天人相应"的观点。《黄帝虾蟆经》是现存较早的针灸文献之一。它假借"月中有虾兔"之说,形象描绘了"人气"在一月中(30d)随月盈亏,在人体不同经络的分布及针刺禁忌图解。对后世针灸学的发展产生了较大影响。TCM has realized that the physiology and pathology of the internal regularity of change for human being is closely linked with the nature of the change of Yin and Yang, and the theory Tianren Heyi come to being. Huangdi Hama Jing is one of the earlier medicine literature. It describes the changes of Qi during a month （30 days）, distributing the meridian and pictures of acupuncture contraindications. Huangdi Hama Jing has an important influence on the development of acupuncture.
