化瘀通络法治疗多囊卵巢综合症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨化瘀通络法治疗多囊卵巢综合症的疗效。方法:选择我院2012年11月-2013年11月期间收治的多囊卵巢综合症患者96例,将其均分为观察组和对照组,两组各48例。观察组予以化瘀通络法治疗,对照组采用甲羟孕酮治疗,对两组疗效及妊娠率进行统计分析。结果:观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组妊娠率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:化瘀通络法治疗多囊卵巢综合症效果显著,值得推广。Objective：To investigate effects of Huayu Tongluo therapy on polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods：In our hospital 96 polycystic ovarian syndrome patients treated during the period from 2012 November to 2013 November, were divided into observation group and control group, 48 cases for each. The observation group was given Huayu Tongluo therapy, the control group was given medroxyprogesterone, the efficacy and pregnancy rate of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results： Effects in the observation group were better than the control group （P〈0.05）;pregnancy rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Huayu Tongluo therapy for polycystic ovary syndrome is significant, worthy of promotion.
