摘　　要：目的:探讨乳汁瘀滞期乳腺炎的有效治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析门诊接受治疗乳汁瘀滞期乳腺炎患者,其中120例采用传统的治疗方法(熏蒸热疗+手法按摩),120例在传统的治疗方法上,增加游走罐治疗。结果:传统方法加游走罐治疗组疗效优于传统方法治疗组。差异有统计学意义。结论:传统的治疗方法加游走罐治疗乳汁瘀滞期乳腺炎效果更好,降低脓肿形成、缩短病程。Objective：To explore the effective methods for treating mastitis. Methods：120 patients received traditional treatment, 120 patients were added cupping more. Results：The curative effect of combined group is better than the traditional group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The traditional method combined with cupping had good effects. It can prevent abscess coming to being and shorten the course of disease.
