分型证治配合外用熏洗治疗慢性尿路感染——附60例观察

摘　　要：选取肺肾科门诊慢性尿路感染60例。其中治疗组30例,对照组30例。采用中医辨证加外用中药熏洗法治疗30例,西药抗炎治疗30例,并进行对比观察。结果显示治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。分型证治配合外用熏洗治疗慢性尿路感染,疗效突出,没有毒副作用,大大节省了医疗费用,值得进一步研究。60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases）and control group （30cases）. Treatment group was given TCM differentiation plus fumigation, control group was given western medicine. Effects in treatment group was better than that in control group with much significance （P〈0.05）. The result suggested that TCM differentiation plus fumigation had good curative effect and no side effects, was worthy of further research.
