摘 要:目的 了解目前家庭中微生物污染与疾病发生以及消毒卫生需求情况。方法 对上海市2 12户家庭展开问卷调查 ,并对其中 2 0 0户家庭针对日常接触频繁的物品进行采样并作微生物学检测。结果 最近一年中 ,82 .1%家庭成员曾发生与微生物感染有关疾病 ;仅 18.4%的家庭经常使用消毒药械 ,消毒的对象以餐饮具为多。 2 2 .8%的采样物品细菌污染较严重 ;与食品接触的物品或工具的大肠菌群检出率较高。真菌检出率高达 6 3.9% ;HBs Ag阳性率平均为 4.2 %。Objective To explore the microorganism contamination situation and disease incidence in family and requirements of disinfection. Methods The sanitation conditions in 212 families in Shanghai were investigated, and 200 of them were taken samples for microbiological test. Results In recent a year, members in 82.1% of families caught diseases caused by microorganism infection. Only 18.4% of families usually used disinfectant, the disinfected object mostly was dishware. 22.8% of samples was contaminated seriously. Fungus was detected in 63.9% of samples. The average positive rate of HBsAg was 4.2%. Conclusions Domestic environment was potentially contaminated by microorganism.
