摘　　要：介绍美国国家标准《戊二醛在医疗保健机构中的安全使用与操作》(1996 )以及有关戊二醛在消毒与灭菌应用方面的安全知识。内容包括 :戊二醛对人体健康的长期与短期影响 ,戊二醛工作 (消毒与灭菌 )区域的布局、通风等设计卫生要求 ,戊二醛溶液的制备、消毒灭菌处理、贮存与丢弃等操作规范 ,戊二醛溢出的紧急处理 。This article introduces a American National Standard-Safe use and handling of glutaraldehyde based products in health care institution. It provides guidelines for the safe use and handling of glutaraldehyde as a disinfectant and sterilant in heath care institution by design consideration, proper work practices, information on properties and vapor monitoring of glutaraldehyde, and personnel qualifications, training, protective attire and health consideration.
