摘 要:在科技高速发展的今天,高速高精密技术已成为装备制造业的一个发展方向,静压气浮导轨以高精度、无摩擦、温升小、寿命长等优点满足高速和高精密技术的要求,从而引起广泛的关注和研究。本文以矩形闭式静压气浮导轨为研究对象,通过运用流体力学、气体润滑技术和空气静压轴承设计技术等知识,对其进行了合理的设计计算及反复的验证计算。通过仿真分析软件,对其进行了仿真分析,并验证了其设计的合理性。At present,the rapid development in science and technology,high-speed high-precision technology has become a development direction in equipment manufacturing,aerostatic guideway with high accuracy,without friction,small temperature rise,long life,etc.meets the requirements of high-speed,high-precision technology,causing widespread concern and research.In this paper,based on rectangular closed aerostatic guideway as the research obj ect,required by the essential knowledge of designing aerostatic bearings,such as hydromechanics,gas lubrication technology,aerostatic bearing design techniques,etc.the aerostatic guideway has been designed and calculated reasonably,in order to meet the designing requirements,many repeated verification calculations has been carried out.Finally,using simulation and analysis software to analyze the designed aerostatic guideway verifies the rationality of the design.
