摘  要:进行车载机柜隔振缓冲模拟仿真时,一般先通过计算机建立其有限元模型,然后对其隔振缓冲系统进行仿真,以期为其优化设计提供理论依据。本文运用Pro/E软件对车载机柜进行了三维实体建模,并将模型导入到ADAMAS/View软件中进行了仿真;同时,计算出了选用减振器的隔振和隔冲击情况,并提出了改进措施。When doing simulation of on-board equipment cabinet on vibration isolation and shock isolation, firstly equipment cabinet finite element model should be baild through the computer, and then shock isolation buffing system was simulated to provide theory basis for equipment cabinet design optimization. This paper built three-dimensional entity parametric model for vehicle-mounted cabinet with Pro/E software, and the model was imported into ADAMAS/View for simulation, at the same times, it calculated the vibration-isolating and shock isolating situation of the shock absorber and provided improvement measure.
