摘 要:上海梅山钢铁股份有限公司新组建1780热轧生产线,为实现加热炉自动控制,开发了加热炉燃烧控制模型,主要包括板坯温度跟踪模型、炉温预报模型和炉温设定模型等。板坯温度跟踪模型采用一维非对称中心差分热传导模型计算板坯温度,并通过埋偶试验数据校正板坯温度跟踪模型,提高模型计算精度;炉温预报模型计算每块板坯的必要炉温;炉温设定模型采用加权平均法计算炉温设定值。加热炉燃烧控制模型实现了加热炉自动烧钢,提高了板坯出炉温度的命中率,达到了节能降耗的目的。A 1 780 mm hot-rolling production line is newly established in Shanghai Meishan Iron &Steel Co.,Ltd. To achieve the automatic control of the reheating furnace,a combustion control model is developed,including the slab temperature tracking model,the furnace temperature prediction model and the furnace setting model,etc. In the slab temperature tracking model, a one-dimensional asym-metric center differential thermal conduction model is used to calculate the slab temperature,and the accuracy of the calculation model is improved through the buried thermocouple test data. In the fur-nace temperature prediction model,the necessary furnace temperature for each slab is calculated. In the furnace temperature setting model,the weighted average method is used to calculate the furnace temperature set point. The steel automatic heating is implemented,the hit rate of the slab discharge temperature is improved,and the goal of saving energy and reducing consumption is achieved by u-sing the combustion control model of the reheating furnace.
