有效回收甘肃某低品位铜镍混合矿的工艺矿物学研究

摘　　要：通过工艺矿物学研究,在查明甘肃某低品位铜镍混合矿中的有价组分、赋存状态、矿物组成、次生蚀变、嵌布粒度及结构、构造等特性的基础上,探讨分析矿石中达到工业利用品级的镍矿物和铜矿物的回收价值及利用途径。建议采用分段磨矿、分段选别的工艺流程,在细磨的磨矿条件下得到铜镍混合精矿。Through the Cu-Ni mixed ore of Gansu, alteration, size dissemination, nickel and copper minerals suggested that adopting the process mineralogy study, after verification the properties in the low-grade such as valuable elements, occurrence state, mineral composition, secondary structure and construction, etc. The recoverable value and utilization way of concentrate could be obtained under fineness grinding.
