摘 要:在黄金选冶过程中,针对浮选机内部流场比较复杂的情况,利用计算流体力学软件CFX对KYF型机械搅拌式浮选机内流场进行数值模拟,分析KYF型浮选机内部流场的特点,得到浮选机流场的速度、湍动能、湍流耗散率的分布规律,讨论前倾叶轮与后倾叶轮在不同转速下循环量与功率之间的关系。结果表明,相同转速下,后倾叶轮在较低功率下得到较大叶轮循环量,后倾叶轮更符合浮选要求。In the gold extraction process, aimed at the comparatively complicated case of flow in floatation cell, the flow field in the KYF mechanical flotation cell is simulated by computational fluid dynamics software CFX. The distribution patterns of velocity, turbulent kinetic energy, turbulent dissipation rate in the floatation cell were obtained by analyzing the inner flow in the floatation cell. The relationship of different impellers between various rotation speed and power is discussed. The results show that the backward impeller was lower impeller at the same rotation in power consumption and obtained speed. Backward impeller was more larger circulation volume than the forward in line with flotation requirements.
