摘 要:电动铲运机工作时,其电能是靠连接在整机尾部的电缆传输的。行走过程中,卷缆盘收起电缆时易出现交错绞死,无法再次排放的问题。介绍一种自动有序卷排缆机构,一方面从液压控制系统分析电缆如何实现自动卷排缆,另一方面从机械结构的角度分析电缆如何实现有序排列方式。该自动有序卷排缆机构的实施对电动铲运机的持续稳定工作提供了重要保障。When Electric LHD works, electricity is conveyed by the cables which are installed on the back of the machine. When the coil cable tray retracts the cables in the working process, cables are prone to stagger hanged leading the issue that the tray works no more. A kind of device for automatic coiling and arranging of cables is introduced in this essay. Analysis on how to realize the automation of coiling and arranging cables has been clone on perspective of hydraulic control. The analysis on how to achieve orderly arrangement of the cable from the perspective of mechanical structure is also taken. The implementation of this mechanism guarantees the functions of Electric LHD continuously and steadily.
