摘 要:论述了双滚筒脱粒装置的研制,进行了脱出物轴向分布特性试验;在试验的基础上,通过数据处理拟合方法,获得了各脱出物轴向分布规律符合Fourier模型,得到单滚筒和双滚筒等脱粒情况下不同脱出物轴向分布特性;试验结果表明,双滚筒脱粒的籽粒总破碎率为0.19%,含杂率为23.4%,未脱净与夹带损失率为0.47%,分别比单滚筒脱粒下降66.1%、38.7%和48.9%,脱粒的质量也优于单滚筒脱粒;双滚筒脱粒装置使损失率、破碎率和含杂率等三项性能指标同时下降并分别达到优质水平。It is proposed that the principle of double threshing rotor and it' s design schemer in this paper. Which is experimented and researched. Axial distribution characteristics are established in the case of single rotor threshing and double rotor threshing by means of Fourier on the basis of experiments. Results show that the axial distribution curves of threshed mixtures follow the Fourier model, grain total percentage of damage is 0.19%, the quantity of impurity with grain is 23.4% of total mixture quantity, the grain loss rate of unthreshed head and lined grain is 0.47%, which reduces by 66.1% and 38.7% and 48.9% of the single rotor. Differential threshing quality is better than single rotor .small model double threshing rotor, which reduce grain loss rate, damage rate and impurity rate of three performance indicators synchronously and achieve better level.
