柴油―甲醇复合燃料及其掺水乳化节能减排的对比实验

摘  要:在一台增压中冷式柴油机上,不改变原机结构,进行M20(含20%质量分数甲醇的柴油―甲醇复合燃料)、M20W5(含20%质量分数甲醇、5%质量分数水的柴油―甲醇―水复合燃料)及柴油的能量消耗与排放特性对比实验。实验结果表明,与柴油相比,各工况下燃烧M20W5、M20能量消耗量均小于柴油,M20W5的最大节能率约为9%,M20的最大节能率约为4.5%;燃烧M20W5的NOx排放量最小,而其HC、CO排放最大;柴油与M20的NOx排放出现相交现象,低负荷时前者排放高于后者,高负荷时三种燃料的HC、CO排放趋于平衡,且接近相等。An experimental study is carried out on the energy consumption and emission performance of a supercharged intercooled diesel engine fueled with diesel fuel and its blends with methanol (M20) and methanol-water (M20W5) . The results indicate that comparing with the diesel, the energy consumptions of the M20W5 and M20 are less with the different operation conditions of diesel engine, and the maximum energy efficiency of M20W5 is 9%, the M20' s is 4.5%; the NOx emission of the M20W5 is least among the three fuels, but at the low loads, the NO, emission of the M20 is higher than diesel, at the medium and the high loads, the M20' s is higher; at the low loads, the HC and CO emissions of M20W5 are highest among the three fuels, and the M20' s are higher than diesel, but at the medium and high loads, the HC and CO emissions of three fuels were almost the same.
