摘  要:对液化石油气(LPG)燃气汽车的废气再循环(EGR)系统进行了设计与优化研究,采用线性电磁式EGR阀对废气再循环量进行精确控制,通过大量汽车发动机台架试验,获取各种工况下废气再循环阀的最佳开度,并进行三维脉谱图线性插值,对于在实际使用过程中产生的枢轴位置偏差和干扰,采用修正递推最小二乘算法(RLS)算法进行优化,试验结果表明,基于修正RLS算法的LPG燃气汽车废气再循环系统控制策略合理,工作可靠,大幅度降低了汽车NOx的排放。This paper presents an optimum approach to control Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) in a Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) engine. In order to meet increasingly stringent automotive exhaust emission regulations, EGR system is introduced to achieve a significant reduction of NOx emissions. Electron magnetic valve is applied in the EGR control system. The optimal EGR opening position of different working condition is acquired by engine experiments. The software and hardware design of EGR control system are also described in this paper. When the circumstance changed or the engine aged after long-time running, recursive least square algorithm for the EGR system is adapt to the spark-ignition LPG engine. The experimental results show that the EGR system can achieve satisfied control effect. NOx emissions are greatly reduced.
