摘 要:在相对恒定的温度(28℃)、盐度(27.5)和光照条件(3 000-4 000 lx)下,培养液为密度(3-4)×10^6 cells/mL小球藻藻液,设溞密度1、3、6 ind/mL三个水平,培养液更换方式1次/12 h、1次/6 h和机动更换三种方式,研究不同组合对蒙古裸腹溞产雄率的影响。结果表明:至第4窝产幼结束,不同培养条件下的平均雄体产出率范围为0.14%-13.01%,以溞密度3 ind/mL×培养液更换1次/12 h组最高,溞密度1 ind/mL×培养液机动更换组最低;不同组合第1窝均有雄体产出,且窝产雄率差异极大,变动范围0.54%-29.00%,第2窝只有部分组别有雄体产出,且产出率远低于或低于同组别第1窝,第3、第4窝各组别均未发现有雄体产出;检测27个单个母溞的第1窝产出幼体,48.15%的母溞产出幼体是全雌的,51.85%的母溞有雄体产出,窝产雄率16.67%-60.00%,没有一窝是全雄的;不同培养条件下的雄体产出效率基本上都随培养时间增加而降低,至第一窝产出,雄体产出效率范围为0.15-7.78 ind/(d·L),以固定组1次/12 h×3 ind/mL组合最高,机动组×1 ind/mL组合最低;方差分析结果表明,溞密度和培养液更换方式对平均产雄率有较强的交互作用。This paper studied the inductive effect of population density and food density on male reproduction of Moina mongolica Daday. The experiment was studied under constant relative condition of temperature(28 ℃), salinity(27.5), illumination(3 000-4 000 lx), and the algae(Chlorella sp.) replace density was 3 to 4×10^6cells/mL. The population density ranged from 1 to 6 ind/mL, and algae replace from 1 times/12 h to on demand. The results showed that the average male ratios were from 0.14% to 13.01% in 4 broods neonates, and was the highest at 3 ind/mL×1 times/12 h. Males can be found in the first brood neonates in all experi-mental combination, and the ratio was from 0.54% to 29.00%. Males still be reproduced in some combination in the second brood, and the ratio wasmuch less than in the first brood neonates of the same combination. But no male was found in the third and the fourth brood neonates in all experimental combination. 48.15% individuals in the 27 individuals of 3 ind/mL×1 times/12 h reproduced in the first brood that all neonates are females, and 51.85% individuals reproduced females and males neonates, and the male ratio was from 16.67% to 60.00%. However, no individual was found that all neonates are males in one brood. All efficiencies of male reproduction in different experimental combination were decreased with culture time, and the value ranged from 0.15 ind/(d·L) to 7.78 ind/(d·L) which was the highest at 3 ind/mL×1 times/12 h. The result of ANOVA showed that there were interaction effect between the population density and algae replace on ratio of male reproduction.
