混合截尾试验下双参数韦布尔分布可靠性指标的参数估计

摘　　要：定数截尾和定时截尾结合在一起的试验是混合截尾试验.本文主要研究混合截尾试验中韦布尔分布参数的极大似然估计以及可靠度函数和可靠寿命的极大似然估计.并且在正则条件下研究了相应的估计量的相合性和渐近正态性;而且还给出了参数的置信区间.最后利用一个实际数据来说明估计量的性质.Hybrid truncated test is composed of Type-I and Type-II censoring. In this paper we consider the maximum likelihood estimators（MLEs） of the unknown parameters,reliability function and reliability life for the Weibull distribution with mixed censoring. Under mild conditions,the consistency and asymptotic normality of the proposed estimators are shown,and the confidence interval of parameters are obtained. A real data example will be used to demonstrate the performance of the proposed method.
