摘　　要：当前,社会上存在着对实际生育水平的认识误区,这些认识误区将会影响我们对家庭生育行为选择结果的判断,以及对公共服务资源配置的不恰当调整。调查表明,特大型城市家庭生育行为选择是谨慎的。但是,由于生育高峰代际传递的结果,未来几年,特大型城市还将保持较高的生育总量,政府部门必须给予相应的公共服务资源配置,以免造成出生人口总量与公共服务资源配置短缺的矛盾。The current society has a series of misunderstanding on actual birth level. These misunderstanding will affect our judgments on the result of the family reproductive behavior choice and improper adjustment of public service resource. Through our survey, we find that oversize urban family birth behavior choice is prudent. However, as the baby boom generation passed, big cities will also maintain the higher total fertility in the next a few years. Government departments must be appropriate to allocate resources to cope with public services, so as not to cause the contradiction between population and shortage of resource of public service.
