摘　　要：旅游业作为参与人数最多、影响范围最大的产业之一,应履行其生态责任,降低旅游活动中的碳排放,而低碳景区建设是发展低碳旅游的重要内容。正能城市是近年来发展起来的新型低碳城市发展模式,以零碳排放、零废物排放和可持续发展为建设目标。借鉴正能城市的发展理念,探讨建设正能景区的可能性,并提出了正能景区评价指标体系、评价标准以及正能景区建设的路径方法,以期能将这种新型的更为严苛的低碳发展模式在旅游业中进行推广,从而实现更高目标与要求的低碳旅游发展模式。As the industry that had nearly most participants and the most enormous implications,tourism must perform its ecological responsibility,reduce the carbon emission and develop the low carbon tour style,construct law carbon scenic region was very important. Positive energy city was a new low carbon city development model,which devoted to zero carbon,zero trash and sustainable development style. This paper used the concept of positive energy city,analyzed the possibility to develop the positive scenic region,put forward the evaluation index system and criterion of positive energy scenic and the development method of positive scenic region,as to popularize the new and more rigorous low carbon development style in tourism industry,finally to realize the higher target and requirement development style of low carbon tourism.
