摘 要:针对现有火电调峰算法难以同时兼顾复杂时段耦合约束和负荷深度调节需求的问题,提出了基于负荷重构策略的火电切负荷调峰方法。该方法通过趋势模拟、等比缩放和爬坡修正重构机组面临负荷过程,为切负荷算法提供直接可用的系统负荷,有效兼顾了时段耦合约束和负荷深度调节需求;同时,在切负荷过程中,根据相邻日与计划日的出力组合模式,动态修正部分衔接时段出力,确保衔接后出力过程满足机组控制约束和需求。所提方法经过华东电网直调火电系统仿真调度测试,得到了切实可行的机组运行计划,与传统方法相比,调峰效果更为明显,表明该方法能更好地处理复杂约束和负荷调节需求。In short-term operation of thermal power plants, the conventional methods can not meet requirements of complex time coupling constraints and deep load adjustment. To solve this problem, this paper presented a load shedding method for thermal power plants to do peak regulation based on load reconstruction strategy. Load reconstruction strategy consists of three parts: load tendency simulation, load zoom by equal proportion and load modification by ramp rate. A new load curve, which will be later adopted by load shedding method, is got by load reconstruction strategy depending on time coupling constraints. Moreover, to satisfy other operation constraints, dynamic adjusting strategy for the generation schedules was also embedded in load shedding method. The proposed method has been implemented to the optimal operation of thermal system directly operated by East China Grid and feasible operation scheduling of generation units can be obtained. Compared to conventional methods, the proposed method can achieve better peak regulation effects and is effective and successful in dealing with complex constraints and load adjustment demands.
