基于SolidWorks的结构移植单元信息模型建立方法研究

摘　　要：基于现有的零件变异设计方法,从CAD模型基于特征的造型基准角度,以实现基于单元移植替换的零件变异设计为目的,为实现单元的快速移植变异,建立单元信息模型。对单元模型所包含的几何信息、关联信息、非几何信息进行详细分析,利用Solidworks2010API和.NET4.0开发平台,通过程序自动提取单元模型信息,将信息自动存储于数据表中,建立单元信息模型并给予实例验证。Based on the existing methods of parts variant design, for the purpose of achieving parts variant design based on unit transplantation and replacement, from the modeling benchmark angle based on feature of the CAD model, establishing unit information model to rapidly achieve unit transplantation and variation. The geometry information, related information and non geometric information included in the unit model are analyzed in detail, which using Solidworks2010API and . NET4.0 development platform, extracting automatically the information of the unit model through the program, Information is automatically stored in the database, the unit information model are established and the examples are given.
