中药配合理疗治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药联合理疗治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的效果。方法:42例随机分为治疗组24例及对照组18例,两组均行抬高患肢、肢体锻炼、加压等理疗,治疗组另用中药治疗,两组均7天为一疗程,3个疗程后观察统计疗效。结果:两组临床症状均有不同程度的改善,但治疗组更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:中药可明显消除淋巴水肿,近期疗效明显,但远期疗效有待进一步观察。Objective： To investigate the effect of chinese medicine combined with physiotherapy treatment of the lymphatic edema of upper limb of post-operation in the patients with mammary cancer.Methods： 42 patients with lymphatic edema of upper limb of post--operation of mammary cancer were randomly divided into two groups, 18 patients in control group were treated by physiotherapy; 24 patients in treatment group were teated with chinese medicine combined with physiotherapy, with a treatment course of 7 days for both groups. The therapeutic effects were evaluated after three treatment courses.Results ： The clinical symptoms were improved in 2 groups of patients with different degree after treatment, the treatment group was more obvious （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Traditional chinese medicine can significantly subsided lymphedema, short-term effect is obvious, but the long-term efficacy needs further observation.
