摘  要:目的探索制作快速、稳定可靠的动脉粥样硬化家兔模型的方法。方法采用高脂饲料喂养结合动脉内膜球囊损伤的方法建立家兔动脉粥样硬化模型。于高脂喂养的第10周末取颈动脉血测定总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的含量,并于腹主动脉取样作HE染色观察。结果高脂饲养10周后,动物TC、TG和LDL显著升高(P<0.05或0.01),主动脉内壁肉眼可见典型动脉粥样斑块,光镜下见内膜明显增厚,形成明显的斑块及纤维帽结构,斑块厚度与内中膜厚度比值增加明显。结论高脂饲料喂养动脉内球囊损伤法可以短期内成功复制出家兔动脉粥样硬化模型。Objective: To study a quick, stable and reliable method treating atherosclerosis (AS) rabbit model. Methods: The atherosclerosis rabbit models were established by feeding high-fat diet plus abdominal aorta balloon injury. Blood from jugular vein were collected to detect total cholesterol (TC), triglyeride (TG),high density lipoprotein (HDL) and low density lipoprotein (LDL)afier 12 weeks feeding. Results: The TC,TG and LDL in model group significantly increased (P〈0.05 or 0.01 ). The typical atherosclerosis mottling in aorta lumen under macrography was visible and intima thickness increased significantly. Plaque and structure of fibrous cap had formed,and the ratio of plaque thickness and membrane thickness obviously increased under optical microscope. Conclusion: High-fat diet plus abdominal aorta balloon injury is effective to establish atherosclerosis rabbit mod- els in short term.
