大学科研经费有效管理的路径探析--基于与美国北卡州立大学的比较研究

摘　　要：根据我国大学科研经费管理现状的实证调查,分析研究我国大学在科研经费管理方面存在的突出问题,并在比较分析中美大学科研经费管理模式的基础上,提出从加强政府规范和大学内部管理两个路径做好大学科研经费有效管理的对策建议。According to the empirical investigation on the status of management for the research funding of Chinese universities, the outstanding issues of the management of research funding in Chinese Universities were analyzed and studied. Moreover, based on the comparative analysis of research funding management models of Chinese and American universities, the suggestions via two paths of strengthening government regulation and university internal governance to improve the effective management of university research funding were proposed.
