摘  要:为了解决单一药剂的长期使用使致病菌产生抗药性及复配剂对双孢蘑菇疣孢霉病的防治问题,以双孢蘑菇疣孢霉为检测菌,对21种复配杀菌剂进行了实验室平板药效检测试验,并筛选对疣孢霉抑制力强的药剂组合进行菇床应用验证。结果显示,对疣孢霉病的防治效果和对双孢蘑菇生长的影响,不同复配杀菌剂存在很大差异,其中用4000倍与4800倍的复配杀菌剂(25%腐霉·福美双可湿性粉剂+70%百菌清可湿性粉剂,体积比1:1)和4000倍的复配杀菌剂(40%多·福可湿性粉剂+70%百菌清可湿性粉剂,体积比1:1)处理覆土材料,对防治疣孢霉病均有较好的实效,且对蘑菇的菌丝生长与子实体发育无不良影响,生产上值得推广。In order to solve the long- term use of single agents make the pathogen produced preventionresistance and compound on Agaricus bisporus Mycogone peniciosa Magn, Agaricus bisporus Mycogone fordetection of bacteria, the laboratory efficacy test plate on 21 kinds of bactericide, and screening of fungicidescombination on the wart Neurospora self-control ability of the mushroom bed application verification. Theresults showed, control effect against Mycogone peniciosa mildew and influence on the growth of Agaricusbisporus, different bactericide has the very big difference, bactericide which used 4000 times and 4800 times(25% procymidoneo thiram WP + 70% chlorothalonil WP, the volume ratio of 1:1) and compound bactericidalagent 4000 times(40% carbendazimo thiram WP +70% chlorothalonil WP, the volume ratio of 1:1) treatmentof covering materials, to prevent Mycogone peniciosa Magn had good effect, and the mushroom hypha growthand fruit body development without adverse effects. The production is worth promoting.
