摘 要:采用改进的轴向耦合电调滤波器电路及LTCC内埋置技术,实现一个220%倍频程短波宽调谐的电调带通滤波器。该改进型电调带通滤波器电路仅采用内埋置4颗电感以及表面贴装变容二极管的电路结构,与传统的电调滤波器相比本设计电路复杂程度降低,并且调谐范围增加了100%。在短波频段,相比较于采用分离磁性器件实现的电路结构,该电调滤波器采用多层内埋置LTCC技术制作及实现,一致性及可靠性得到提高,尺寸仅为12.5×8×1.2 mm3,实验结果与电磁仿真基本一致。A miniaturized short wave tunable bandpass filter with 220% tuning range based on improved axial-coupling electrically tuning filter circuit and low-temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) technique is proposed. The design is realized by only four embedded inductors and several surface mount technology (SMT) varactors. Compared to that of the traditional tunable filter, the numbers of components used in the circuit of tunable filter are reduced and the tuning range of filter is increased by 100%. Based on the LTCC technology, the consistency and reliability of this design is improved. The tunable filter only occupies 12.5 × 8× 1.2mm3. The measured results are in good agreement with the electromagnetic (EM) simulation.
