摘　　要：船舶碰撞导致舱室进水燃油泄漏,对船舶安全及海洋环境造成了恶劣影响,船舶海损后应急修理的及时性及有效性直接决定了海损事故的程度。文章结合某船海损事故案例,论述了船体破损后采取的应急修理措施,以供参考。Ship collision led to the flooding and oil leakage,and also caused an adverse influence on the safety of ship and the marine environment. The emergency repair measures directly determined the severity of the consequences of the sea damage. Combined with the actual average accident case,an emergency repair measure to the damaged hull was discussed,that for reference.
