摘　　要：构建新型现代农业经营体系是党的十八大报告针对"三农"问题提出的新目标、新任务。通过阐释现代农业经营体系的内涵,分析其构建中的机制保障,提出因地制宜、整体推进、重点突破和协同发展等构建原则以及营造农业经营主体的优质发展环境、积极推进农业经营机制的完善、大力培养现代农业从业人员等构建路径。The construction of modern agricultural operation system is put forward as the new target and new task by the 18th national congress of CPC. The suggestions include actively promote the agricultural management mechanism, effectively build the main modern agricultural operation bodies’ developing environment to follow adaptation to local conditions, whole advancement, key breakthrough and cooperative development principles..
